About the Salon:
Shelley’s Bridal is a full service bridal boutique located in the heart of historic West Dundee, IL. Since 1997 our salon has assisted women finding the perfect dress for any occasion.

Shelley is continuing the legacy left by Amy’s Bridal which was located in the same building for over 20 years. The owner Shelley Murray takes pride in the designers she has selected to feature in her salon, as well as the staff she has hired to assist you in selecting your dress.

About the Experience:
Shopping for your Wedding is an exciting and unique experience. You may wonder how the process differs from everyday shopping.
At Shelley’s Bridal we are here to help you find your couture designer dress. Please have patience the process to order can take some time.

- Bridal gowns can take anywhere from 4 months to a year.

- Bridesmaids, Mothers, Flower Girls, and Special Occasions can take up to 4 months to order.

Please feel free to ask your consultant what the time frame is for the designer you are interested in so you can plan accordingly.

Once you selected your style and dress, you are asked to make a minimum deposit of 60% to order your dress. We then work with our designers who make your dress just for you. Your size*. Your color. Your length. And some even make custom orders like a different neckline, a zipper or lace-up back, or an extended train, to make your gown truly yours.

*Sizing is based off of your measurements, but ordered from the standard sizes set by the designers. Should alterations be needed they are an additional cost, because they very for no two Brides are the exact same size. You are welcome, but not obligated, to work with our seamstress who is extremely fair in pricing.

Come to Shelley's Bridal and find out yourself. Don't read all those previous bogus reviews from the owner of Complete Bridal Salon. Complete Bridal Salon is a new shop across from Shelley's. That new salon is only few months old and all they do is writing bogus reviews. Other services from Complete Bridal Salon are horrible. If you are looking for photography, videography, makeup, travels, go elsewhere. I got my bridal gown at Shelley's. and I couldn't be happier. Shelley gave me fantastic price.
